King Street Loon
I'm away to plumb in my new Bathroom Suite shortly, but once i've taken the existing tiles off of the wall the wall will be in a hoor of a state and will need replastered. Does anyone know or can recommend any decent plasterers.Preferably on a homer.Better for him and me. Cheers Link to comment

King Street Loon
I've experienced some delay's in getting started, but I'm now removing the tiles. However I've obviously forgotten how painstakingly shite it is to remove tiles. The bolster and lump hammer isn't quite cutting it.Anyone else got any tips for removing tiles?? I'm considering hiring an SDS hammer drill with a chisel attachment, but will look at other options. I'll be fucked if I carry on with the way I'm doing it currently. Link to comment

Nelly
just rip off the plaster board and re-sheet it. agreed, that's what I did, so much easier than trying to preserve old plasterboard. Link to comment
Pudgie
agreed, that's what I did, so much easier than trying to preserve old plasterboard.Again agreed. Rip aff the plaster and, especially if you're going for aqua panelling, just get it re,sheeted. For all the cost of some sheets of plasterboard. Link to comment
