i like centre back and hard working mids but wxcluing them on basis of aesthetics

 

for me the best players to watch have been

 

van basten

gullit

baggip

cantona

fat ronaldo

ronaldinhio for 18 months

 

probably messi too but as he is still layong you take him er you know what i mean

 

so who has given you the best memories ormost from watching?

bergkamp. didnt like arsenal when they were winning everything but the man oozed class and frequently gave us incredible goals

Retired players, zidane and fat ronaldo. Big Ron was an absolutely awesome striker at his peak, they were both what I watched football Italia for on ch4. Zidane was the most elegant of footballers, never flustered, all he needed was a half yard of space, just a genius with a football.

 

Current players, love watching xavi run a game, the guy is class. Also think Juan mata is a class act.

 

Dons players, of the era I've been watching its not easy. Anderson mainly because he is just solid, no nonsense and totally reliable. For a bit of attacking flair, Jamie Smith and when Seve was at his peak with us in the first few seasons he was brilliant. He had the ability to dictate the tempo of a game.
