Admin Bebo Posted December 27, 2012 Admin Share Posted December 27, 2012 If you weren't lucky enough to receive the hardcover for Christmas or not got around to picking up a copy yourself and have an iPad, kindle or android tablet, you can get it for the kindle reading app from Amazon for just £1.09. Just been reading the physical copy this week and it's pretty good. Link Link to comment
tup
I got my daughter a Kindle for Christmas but I'll see if she can accommodate this. I'll read it through gritted teeth though. Not because I just got run down by a snowplough, but because Richard Gordon's Sportsound sycophancy sticks in my throat bigtime. Link to comment

RUL
I've got the book but not read it yet, do books normally sell that cheap on the Kindle? Link to comment
Big Man
I've got the book but not read it yet, do books normally sell that cheap on the Kindle? No. Amazon have got a deal with the publisher whereby they subsidize a digital version at a cheap as chips price to suck in gullible cunts who will say ''Holy shit, new books for a Link to comment
jassb
Cheers Bebo. Wasn't going to get this one, but at that price why not. Got a kindle in the summer and think this is the first book I've paid for. I'm a tight cunt so just keep getting books from the top 100 free list. Link to comment

RUL
Can you elaborate please RUL?He is also Scotland gk coach he was saying. He says he never gives advice to managers about keepers. He's there to train all the keepers. If he backs one over another one then he's lost the support if the other keeper. Obviously he could be lying Link to comment
ollie1903
Whilst it has its moments I find the book a bit repetitive.I may have the same view when I get to the end. When I got the book at Christmas I had a wee skim of certain parts. I found this stat absolutely incredible. Eric Black started 150 games for Aberdeen and won 8 major honours. Approximately 1 trophy every 19 games. Link to comment
Kilkito
I actually found the book incredibly dull, and not very well written at all, I actually stopped reading it and just read a few of the chapters where I wanted to know what they had to say, like McGhee. I'm mystified by all the retweets RG does of all the readers who thought it was great. Link to comment
gypsymuffin
I took advantage of this deal over Xmas, cracking deal. Yet to read it though but will some day no doubt. Link to comment
