I'm out, and eating at home on own isn't my idea offun just bake it the first time for 2 hours or so. let it cool. pop it back into the oven on a bit lower heat to re-heat with more cheese on top and then eat it. i don't know why. but twice-baked pasta always tastes better. It's delicious. i'd not thought of a veg one in Bechamel. i've only ever used a Bechamel when making a seafood lasagne. tomato-based veg or meat otherwise. i think i'll give it a try though another time. sounds fine!
