It's not something that most folk are comfortable with, no. But that's from a cultural and social perspective.

I find it hard to think that a date on a calendar makes all the difference when it's a small gap like that. 4 years really doesn't feel much at all and I'd hazard a guess that there are many 17 year olds that are more mature and switched on than 21 year olds.
