At The Border Guy
Clyde FC fancy a change of scenery (and name) so they're off to East Kilbride. This seems to have been on the cards for years, if I remember correctly... Link to comment
tup
Such a pathetic rip-off of the MK Dons name as well. The folk of East Kilbride won't support them anymore than the folk of Cumbernauld and all these other shitholes would have. That's because they're all inbred sectarian bigots who support worldwide terrorism and either Celtic or sevco. 2 Link to comment
V for Vendetta
Seems odd. Don't they have a tidy little venue at Broadwood? I'd have thought East Kilbride is choking with OF fans and Hamilton fans, its right on the Hamilton doorstep really. Link to comment

Hamilton fans I think there are issues with Broadwood with regards to the local council and the rent they have to pay. Link to comment
BigAl
Poorly kept secret, not as if anyone is actually remotely interested but been common knowledge for some time in the Central Belt Link to comment
gla5gowdon
Yep, EK is the biggest town in Scotland without a football team I think? Don't really care either way. Good luck to them. Link to comment

RUL
There was a carry on with Broadwood, the council own it and are/were going to evict them. Moving to Hamilton in the next few weeks, so will probably go along to a Clyde game or two if this goes through. And nowhere is choking with Hamilton fans Why would you go and watch this team? But I have to say if Clyde were playing in my back garden, I'd close the curtains, phone the police, and get them moved on. Link to comment
tup
Why would you go and watch this team? Transferring your support to zombie incarnations of previous football clubs is the new in thing in Scottish football. I'd love the opportunity to see a zombie Dons outfit tearing up the leagues to be honest. Link to comment
Karl Fletcher
Weren't Clyde one game away from getting into the SPL about 8 years ago? Shame to see tbh. Clyde are one of the orginal names of Scottish Football that have suffered due to their location and because Rangers (1873-2012), Sellick and The Rangers (2012-present) have brainwashed the majority of the Glasgow population that Football must come with sectarian agendas. Good luck to them. 1 Link to comment
