StevieT1986
This hibs performance makes our recent semi finals performance look decent Link to comment
OddJob
What a bunch of bottlers we have when you look at how easily Hibs are getting beaten here Link to comment
McginnAgain
McGovern out of contract in summer, worth a look? Link to comment
newcastlered
That boy harris looks a real player, see what his contracts like Link to comment
jassb
Totally different Hibs in the 2nd half. 3-3 now. Missed penalty for Hibs too. 6 minutes left. Link to comment
OddJob
Why is that Taylor still on the park for Falkirk? Totally dead on his feet and I'm sure they haven't made all their changes EDIT: Just realised they have made all their changes Link to comment
The Oxford Don
Crazy game. Gutted for Falkirk, they just peaked too early and ran out of steam. Link to comment
OddJob
Certainly can't use the lower division excuse. Some of their passing in the 2nd half was poor and they looked tired a lot earlier than I thought they would be. That Fenlon is a lucky bastard Link to comment
King Street Loon
What a bunch of bottlers we have when you look at how easily Hibs are getting beaten hereI don't see any bottle crashing there. I have sincere doubts that'd we'd have been able to mount the same comeback. But then I'd hope not to be in the position Hib's put themselves in. Link to comment
rossafc92
Hibs in Europe if Celtic win tomorrow. Regardless of who they get in the final, they'll get crushed for a second successive season. That recovery from 3-0 only masks how terrible they are. No Premier League side should find themselves 3 down to a First Division side. Link to comment
Sheeptastic
I thought Falkirk did themselves proud today, although you could possibly ask questions of their fitness. The first half they were exceptional, brave and took the initiative on the ball. If Taylor had got that fourth then it might just have put things out of reach for Hibs. Unfortunately for them they just couldn't weather the storm in the second half. Certainly some very good young players in that team though. Sibbald, Fulton, Duffie, Taylor and Alston all impressed me. Link to comment
tightbreeks
why can't we do that? we never do shit like that any more. Link to comment
tightbreeks
sorry but we would've never got in a position like that anyway. Link to comment
Stoneybloke
After the Falkirk 3rd goal, they showed some Hibs "supporters" making their way to the exits. I wonder if they are regretting it now. I don't understand why folk leave a match early like that, it's just daft. Link to comment
Site Sponsor RTYD Posted April 14, 2013 Site Sponsor Share Posted April 14, 2013 Watching Hibs and now the Arabs just boils my blood that two fucking negative managers in Calderwood and Brown fucked all those chances at Hampden and Tynecastle. Be warned McInnes, have a fucking go. 1 1 Link to comment
tightbreeks
why can't we do what Dundee utd are doing? probably because we had a sweetie wifey in charge who's scared of his own shadow. it's not that difficult, we need to lance the boil that is the respect for anything weegie. so mcinnes sort it out, I hope you are not a weak person, like some quisling. di canio's showing today indicates that strength of character is crucial to be a managerial success, and I hope Derek has bags of it. You just answered your own question there mate but sadly you're right Di Canio's antics today were funny as fuck, shows how much it meant joe ledley's questing rodent face. tightbreeks
broon's a politician, always keeping everybody as a pal, whilst taking the piss. he managed to pull the wool! over our eyes us and get a cushy wee number for doing the grand total of fuck all. as slim jim baxter said in a nasal hun manner "extracting the urine", and that's what the sly penoid has done. Pudgie
People seem to forget that he did what he was taken in to do. He steadied us and our expectations - for Craig Brown's management, not for the club - were skewed by the early season success. Yes, we should have done better, but it wasn't as likely as it should have been with Mr Steady at the helm. I really enjoyed the game today. I'm just gutted that we seem incapable of showing the passion and desire that all 4 teams have shown this weekend. Link to comment
vanderark14
two very entertaining semi finals played over the weekend in scotland. these games should be bigged up by the TV companiies and the SFA/SPL. if this had been CL semi's with the same pattern of scoring then SSN would have melted completely after Jim White shot his bolt all over the yellow ticker Link to comment
OddJob
Just a shame these matches were played at hampden though (well the Hibs one anyway should have been played at Tynecastle imo). Pitiful crowd by Utd too Link to comment
Dynamo
Celtic must hate it when they draw anyone except for us in semi finals. People seem to forget that he did what he was taken in to do. With a dreadful dreadful Hamilton side in the league 99% of this forum would manage to keep us up. Steadied the ship? Yeah well done Craig, you then had nearly 2 full seasons to kick on and you failed miserably. Failure. If his sole task was to keep us up he should have been relieved of his duties at the end of that season having succeeded. Link to comment
Huntlysheep
Just shows you if you da sit back & go for it you can score more than 1 goal, take note McInnes attack attack attack. Falkirk's youngster's were quite impressive first half on Sat. Link to comment
K-9
We played a similar game against Celtic a week or two ago and still lost, that was met by whining and the same would have happened if we were in United's position.Could give a fuck if we win the cup with the ugliest of ugly 1-0's along the way.The end.And were a couple of lapses in concentration and negative 11 men back for set pieces away from winning. A hell of a lot closer to winning than sitting in and trying to keep it tight against Celtic has got us. 1 Link to comment
