ericblack4boss
just a reminder folks if you are out walking with your dogs or even young children to beware of any fields of cattle at this time of year., notable the ones with cows and calves,Cows are naturally inquisitve so they will come over to see you and if they come running over some folk mistake this for being charged.and if you run the cows will run after you, the best advice is to carry a good stick or lehgth of alkathene pipe, and back off slowly to a fence or gate.but the best advice to those unfamiliar with livestock is don not enter the fields and if you do don't take your dog. 3 Link to comment

ericblack4boss
Lol. Cows are pretty thick animals. That's if they're even animals. They're too docile and stupid to be even be classed that. Look at their eyes. Dead brain activity. What are they going to attack us with? Their teeth? Bulls are different but coos are just coos. Make on like you're going to punch it and it scares off even at the last minute when it runs towards you. Anyway, folk who have dogs are as stupid as coos anyway. Surprised they don't eat their dogs shit after picking it up.RS if you think tehy are thick then thats fine , i have been brought up on a farm worked with livetsock all my life and i can tell you cattle are not thick, sheep thicker than than pig shit.most cattle injuries are caused not by being gored with horns indeed they don't use the horn its the tiop of the head and the trampling on you does the damage. But you be ignorant RS, you walk through a field with cows and calves and we will soon see who the thick one is yet.just trying to offer some helpful advice Link to comment

Ke1t
If I can't get my hands on any alkathene piping, is there anything else you'd recommend? A nice bit of 22mm Table X Copper piping always did the job back in the day. More environmentally friendly than lead pipe, lighter, stronger and you can always plumb in your bath taps with it later. Clapping your hands and shouting feck off usually stops them in my experience. Failing that run at them, they soon bolt. Well, unless its a field full of steers then yer fucked. Link to comment
ericblack4boss
Do you go to farmer's balls eb4b? Are they held solely for neeps and neepettes to get together? Is there not a danger of inbreeding in this arrangement, like the debutantes and the coming out of aristocratic bluebloods? My folks are both from a long line of farms, my uncle still running a bunch of land in the NE. Maybe that was my problem too. I twitch alot and foam at the mouth randomly.no i usually staya away from any young farmer event usually young farmer equates to "prick" in laymans terms, don't get me wrong there are some very attractive young hieferes that often attend these events too but no i made a point of not joining young farmers i would rather let folk THINK i'm an arsehole, rather than join young farmers and prove it to be so! 5 Link to comment
