rgudon
shop around and get a fixed quote, conveyancing is a generic piece of piss, doesnt make any difference who does it for you and make sure they dont charge you to "put offers in", rip off cunts, especially in Aberdeen Oh and be careful if they start offering you adive on how much to bid, remember they are all mates and its in their interest to keep the market high, bear that in mind when accepting any advice. daytripping
Any solicitors post on here? Have a legal question about a car I sold and the deal turning sour. PM me if you can help answer a question, not asking for help or anything just a simple legal question answered. No one else need offer help, needs to be someone trained not an armchair lawyer. 1903Fitba
If it's a private sale , is the general response the old faithful 'sold as seen '?Is it someone not happy with their purchase? Fuck em. Essentially yes, they have 30 days from the date of purchase to reject the sale make the seller aware they want a refund. It depends what the problem is though, how old the car is, milage etc. They must stop using it as soon as they have made you aware of the issue. As long as daytripping didnt lie about anything on the advert they cant really do much is the general gist of it. Regards,Armchair Solicitor. Link to comment
