I do love shouting "DEFEND YOUR ANUS!" at the wife, because she really, I mean REALLY, doesn't like anyone interfering with her 'back there'. Even a hearty slap to the arse sets her off into an Arab tirade, which is also unfortunate because I make a point of slapping her arse on a routine basis... mostly because I know she hates it.

 

For some reason she finds "Defend your anus!" to not be particularly romantic.

The owner is at fault as well, he should've secured the dog but the police could've let him put it back in the car. He gave the police no trouble, went quietly and even tried to get the dog to leave. It all happened in the space of 10 seconds (from the dog jumping out the car, other cop getting involved, the dog trying to bite the cop and getting shot), they didn't have time to do anything else. The cop who shot it did try to take the lead when it was jumping about and growling he came into it really late. It's horrific but I wouldn't blame the cop with the gun for it.

It's not illegal to film the cops, so if that's why the guy was being arrested then all he needs to do is get a semi-decent lawyer and he'll be fine. In fact he might want to sue the PD for wrongful arrest.
