NorthernLights24
Hibs struggling away in Sweden, 2-0 to Malmo but sounds like it could be a lot more by now. Sometimes wonder why Hibs bother entering European football as they have a terrible record in recent seasons. The only tie they've won this millennium was against some mob from Latvia in the now defunct Inter-Toto cup. St Johnstone though are 1-0 up away in Norway against Rosenburg, That would be a great result for them if they can see out the second half. Link to comment

Would surpass Celtic beating Barca last season in my opinion. Or so I look forward to telling all the Tims at work anyway 1 Link to comment

Eastcoastdon
Fantastic result. 20 times the playing budget over St Johnstone AND they are 16 games into season and sitting top of league. Well done St Johnstone. Link to comment
Tord31
hopefully St Johnstone and Hibs can still get through in the second leg Link to comment
muttonhumper
Some result for the Saints. Well done. Link to comment

tightbreeks
that's it! i'm sure wee fat Robertson wung it in from the left. Link to comment
Edinburgh_sheep
Hibs are shite, think they will really struggle this season. Sounds like Malmo were unlucky not to win by more. Great result for St Johnstone though, would be brilliant if they can knock Rosenberg out Link to comment
a don in oz
Amazing result by St Johnstone. Hope they can do the business in the 2nd leg. Link to comment
tup
Well done St Johnstone. Usual shite from Hibs. Link to comment
dervish
Hibs were shite, but one of their shots hit the woodwork. If that had went in would have been as reasonable result. Losing two goals early and quickly and not completely folding isn't a complete shitter of a result. They'll still go out though. Link to comment

tup
Hibs should not be in Europe, it should be St Mirren, we reward failure and punish success, stupid beyond belief. 2 Link to comment
Huntlysheep
This made me laugh a lot. That's a shocking travelling support for Europe, we took more to fucking Buckie & Huntly. What a big club Hibs are. Link to comment

NorthernLights24
St Johnstone did concede an early goal tonight but they have equalised. 2-1 on aggregate and a tie that could still go either way. Still think Rosenborg might sneak this by away goals. Hibs 2-0 down again and unsurprisingly crashing out of Europe. Link to comment
NorthernLights24
3-0 to Malmo now and 5-0 on aggregate. Link to comment
NorthernLights24
4-0 Malmo. I checked Wikipedia and Hibs record aggregate defeat in European football was 8-2 to Juve. At this rate that record is under serious threat. Link to comment

NorthernLights24
Online coverage about someone ordering a coke just now.... haha think they don't know they are still on. BBC coverage has been a bit amateurish tonight. Every time they went to the Hibs game to hear about the latest Malmo goal there was nothing but silence apart from some crowd noise. Link to comment
