Woy Hodgson "wacism Wow"

Recommended Posts

Can't be arsed making a new topic for this.

But looks like a storm brewing for Woy Hodgeson and the National team after Woy made an ill advised analogy comparing the NASA and the feeding the Monkey in space joke and Chris Smalling getting the ball more to Andros Townsend.

Seems a couple of players who didn't get the joke or were offended have went running to the Sun newspaper who've then plastered it on their front page.

What a load of bollocks, Woy's no racist of that I'm sure.

But just show's that you can't say fuck all these days.

Still at least it takes the shine of England qualifying a wee bit.

MODS, can this title be altered in any way to be more current????

The anti-racism group Kick It Out has called on the Football Association to investigate a joke about a monkey in space made by Roy Hodgson despite the England winger Andros Townsend's attempts to play down the issue.

The England manager has apologised to anyone offended by the joke made at half-time during the 2-0 World Cup qualifying win over Poland at Wembley, which was intended to convey the need for England to play the ball more regularly to Townsend. The Tottenham Hotspur player says no offence was meant or taken, but Kick It Out's chairman Lord Herman Ouseley has called on the FA to investigate the incident.
A statement said: "Kick It Out, football's equality and inclusion campaign, recognises and shares the concerns of the parties who felt mindful to bring the comments into the public domain.
"The matter has been raised by the chair, Lord Herman Ouseley, directly with the Football Association, who acknowledges the apology made by Roy Hodgson, and now seeks an investigation to ascertain the full facts and ensure a similar situation does not arise again."

Bye bye Woy, the witch hunt is in full-swing.

Apologies to any witches offended by my statement

Knowing how folk switch off when auld duffers are rambling on it's not inconceivable to assume that quite a few players were jogged back into consciousness with Woy pointing at Townsend shouting "feed the monkey"...which must have been horrific...

I agree its horrific being woken when you are in a deep sleep
