The Oxford Don
Baws. Crap news. At least the international break takes care of 2 of those weeks. Link to comment
a don in oz
Shit... So the midfield 2 we signed. One is an aged gentleman who has hardly played and the other is a younger gentleman who has hardly played. Link to comment

NorthernLights24
Has this been confirmed yet? It didn't look good for him yesterday but the BBC article is a bit wishy washy at best. Flood sat out six weeks earlier in the campaign after picking up a similar injury in a League Cup second-round win over Alloa Athletic. But the club and player hope it will not be as serious this time round. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24889210 Link to comment

Ke1t
Surely Chris Clark... and what an excellent reacquisition that was... will be fit again soon, and able to slot into the role of combative midfield ball winner. Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Get Low back in the team. Been unlucky not to feature recently... Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Here's Lows chance again to show he's got the goods.Yeah, hope he takes it but would have liked to see Flood get stuck into Utd at New year, so hopefully he'll make it back for that game. Link to comment

Reasonable enough to speculate on him being out again considering he's not long back from (& likely not fully recovered from) a groin injury Link to comment

fine-n-dandy
So will be coming back right around the hectic festive period. Will McInnes throw him straight into that, or use him sparingly? Suppose it depends on how desperate we are & how the like of Low (or who ever) are filling his boots. Hope Robson stays fit. Link to comment
Ke1t
Hopefully we push the boat out and bring in a couple of players in January... even if it's just loaners till the end of the season. Link to comment

Huntlysheep
Major blow for next sat, wi Robson out also. Hopefully Low steps up to the plate. Link to comment
McginnAgain
Aye like a fkn decent keeper & striker. A 'keeper will definitely have to come in, assuming Weaver is not kept on. Link to comment
Ke1t
Major blow for next sat, wi Robson out also. Hopefully Low steps up to the plate. By most accounts Low was putting in some good performances when he got a chance. I'm not too concerned that he's going to have to step in and fill Flood's hole. I'd be more concerned if Clark was coming in to plug his gap. Link to comment
buchanskii
I'd be more concerned if Clark was coming in to plug his gap Yeah Low seems like a wee terrier in the middle who posseses some good technique and intelligence. The very antithesis of Chris Clark. Link to comment
McginnAgain
Langfield Shaughnessy Hector Considine Reynolds Low Jack Hayes Pawlett McGinn Zola Is how we'll probably line up against Celtic. Link to comment

No bite in middle of park - Celtic (as shite as they are) would eat that midfield for breakfast going forward. Link to comment

northernlights
Our highest scoring win this season was against Falkirk 5-0 when we played without Flood or Robson, so who knows. Obviously its a different story going to Parkhead. If we lose Jack or Low during the game we could really have problems. Hopefully we can go there and put on a gutsy performance that isn't too defensive. Wonder If Anderson will play? Am sure Joe will come back into the team at RB. Hearts game was so disappointing, would love to see us get a result in Glasgow. Not sure we've got a massive amount of options if the games not going our way though. Hopefully, McGinn can pull something out the hat. You never know. COYR Link to comment

ChutneyLove
I thought Smith looked out of his depth against Partick, don't think he could cut it at Porkheid. Might have just been an off-day, prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. Link to comment

Might have just been an off-day, prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. He didn't have the best of games but McInnes definitely seems to favour him over Low. It wasn't so long ago that we won at Parkhead with Richard Buckley starring (saying that, must have been over 10 years ago) Link to comment
