Management Team Q & A Session

I'd like to hope the 3 year deal is on reduced terms...as for wasted energy...don't fret on that pal...a few tapped words on the ipad is hardly expending any energy...

I'm not talking about the effort taken to type your guff.... more the mental stress you must be putting yourself through with your personal tirade.

My ticket finally arrived for this today. I asked a question about the situation off the field, how far behind other clubs are we and what do we need to address to move things forward.

At least I wont be on my own tomorrow night then.

Just hope we don't have to go through an angry mob to get in given us B & G holders are getting 2 tickets for the semi final which seems to have stirred up a bit of unrest.

Thinking about asking if he ever has a look at fans forums and has he considered joining up with Langfield to get a restraining order against Redstar

Undoubtably offering Flood more money than United...straight out of Jimmy's "Managing for Weegie Perma tanned chancers" guide to chequebook management.

I thought we offered them the same wage they had been paying him & the fact that they offered a reduced contract was how we got him.

Admittedly it's still more than their "new" offer but nae bursting the bank.

"Every Aberdeen fan knows there is nothing worse than losing a Semi"

Well done that man for a cracking question - though I don't think your partner/friend thought it as well stated

That was a brilliant moment. I thought it was a decent hour of Q&A. McInnes seemed to be honest and frank about things. It was good to hear about what is happening off the pitch and how things were before he arrived and how they are trying to change that. There was talk about the sports science aspects, the team spirit and the role of Russ Richardson. He also said that he doesn't want to win a trophy, he wants to win two and how important that success is to driving the club forward and encouraging players to come to Aberdeen. Refreshing to hear an Aberdeen manager talk up winning trophies for a change!

Good to hear some of the insights thoughts on refs was honest and respectful but you know in this refs are god culture at the sfa that he would get in trouble for it.

Also good to hear thoughts on the Celtic game from a management perspective

And how that good things are being tweaked. Some things at club were very good all eating together for instance but it didn't put the players at the centre now it does

Looking forward to calling out to radiator on Sunday. ;)

Aye - the bloke concerned about losing his semi was a comedy moment. Felt there were some good answers to points re referees and changes they've made since coming in. Docherty's story about Radiator was also amusing. Thought both came across well and are able to answer questions without the many ehs, you knows etc. that previous mangers included in any interviews. Also good explanation of tactics at Parkhead, roles of certain players in the team. Were both very positive and honest enough to say they know improvements are still required - also good to ear they attend all U20 matches and had a good knowledge of the promising young players.
