Maybe not ten, but a few will be going as their contracts end. There must also be questions as to how long the likes of Anderson and Robson can continue. No harm in refreshing the team with the right type of player.

Agreed, one of our biggest problems over the last few years is the mass exodus every summer. Shankland certainly showing promise again, hopeful that he could be one of our striking options next season.

I'd Like to see Cammy Smith getting some game time ahead of Nicky Low, liked what i saw of him when he was covering for Robson when he was out injured at the begining of the season. In fact i think I'd like to see him in the team ahead of McGinn for a couple of games.

Perhaps you could sign a centre back (hector?) but would think the short term solution at centre back will be considine.

 

For midfield - the midfield two will be Jack and Flood with Robson as back-up. No need to sign anyone immediately until no more about Low and more particularly Storie - if they can step up.

 

A full back, A goalkeeper and a striker are the definites. But for a change they are replacing subs as opposed to us losing several first picks.

I would disagree with Anderson am Robson, they have been excellent on the whole. They will have to be used wisely next season but I'm positive they can play on next year. Shaughnessy was horrendous in the second half yesterday as was Considine!

We need a forward who is equally if not better then Rooney (Jamie Murphy please!), a midfielder to come in and replace Robson (think there's another year in him), a defender who is good enough to play alongside Reynolds and Considine.

 

In all honestly, I didn't expect us to win yesterday, however we'll bounce back. Partick are a good side and we haven't been exactly amazing of late. Needed a kick up the arse and a reality check. And Pawlett needs to sort his act out, way to much rave about this lad, despite scoring against St Johnstone and Celtic, I'm not of the opinion he's good enough for Scotland. Totally agree with Strachan in his reasonings to not included anyone from our team.

Well he'd be considered for replacing Magennis i'd say. As you say look at it and if he's not quite there loan him out in August. It would be for replacing Vernon that we'd be looking for someone much more experienced
