dave_min
I'll rent you my spare couch in Torry. £350 per week (excluding bills). Link to comment
Guest
You can stay with me and I'll pay you £25 a week. You would have to read the small print although it's only a 45 minutes a week obligation. Seriously buzz, ignore my very sick sense of "humour". It's normal up here. EDIT: Aye, a sick sense of humour, nae taking advantage of young lassies. 1 Link to comment

chaos_defrost
Where will your work be located?? Traffic can be a nightmare in many parts of the city at rush hour so I'd take that into consideration when looking for a place. Link to comment
E-P-K
600 pm rent for flat in kintore. 2 bedroom. My mate just moved from town to here as he was spending too much on rent in town. He's buying 5 bedroom house next year which he's on list for and paid deposit for but has told me that he'll save 500 quid a month moving back here. And what would rent in Aberdeen cost like for like ? Link to comment
E-P-K
If you do the mathematics in amongst that post you'll maybe figure it out how much he was paying and will be paying now hahaha. King Street Loon
Certainly get more bang for your buck in the shire. Link to comment
E-P-K
Ach I'm sure there is places cheaper however he was that price and now he's almost halved what he's paying now. He's just renting for a year until his house is built. Aberdeen is ridiculous unless looking for 1 bedroom place. Further north and into the sticks you go...cheaper it becomes. Malcolm Allan builds houses out here and I think they are worth more for your money. Personal opinion on that however. Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk Indeed, The house we are looking at, considerably cheaper to buy, and built that Aberdeen, for the chance to save 40K+ I would be fucking commuting each day too., Link to comment

dave_min
£100k mortgage Good luck getting something worthwhile in Aberdeen for that!! Link to comment

Would have more luck out of Aberdeen and commuting. Link to comment

There's almost full streets in places like milltimber that are for rent £2500+ a month. Aberdeen doesn't have too many 1 beds, pushes those prices up as we'll, average in town with council tax will be about £800 a month To answer the original question, try a local agency like Bon accord letting. They'll let you know if anything comes up that fits your reqs Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Link to comment
