Have to get 2nd place now as 3rd place will have extra round to play in Europa. Certainly exptra motivation for players aswell as would stand to lose 2 weeks of their summer holidays if end up 3rd. Mind you if finish 4th they will get extra week off!!

The English teams in the Europa next season could be interesting. If Arsenal win the FA Cup & come 5th, the last spot goes down to 7th (i think) so it could conceivably be Arsenal, Spurs & Man U.

 

Otherwise it is Hull, & 5th & 6th place.

After the past few managers. Finishing above pretty much anyone, let alone Motherwell IS an achievement sadly.

Wouldn't consider it an achievement NEXT season however. Only finishing above Celtic is an achievement for NEXT season
