Foster14
POTY - Fraser Forster, Virgil Van Dijk, Kris Commons, Kris BoydYPOTY - Stuart Armstrong, Ryan Gauld, Andrew Robertson, Stevie May I can only assume from the POTY list that players in Scotland are idiots... Link to comment
True_Don
How can Pawlett not be in the YPOTY category? is he too old? Link to comment

Site Sponsor RTYD Posted April 17, 2014 Site Sponsor Share Posted April 17, 2014 Let's not get all Lennon over this. I assume that because lots of our players have had good seasons that their votes have been diluted. Last year only McGinn was worth a vote and made the list. Link to comment
buchanskii
Commons and May. Surprised Reynolds hasn't been included though... Link to comment
Sandafc
Don't see why Forster is in there, great keeper but hardly a busy job being keeper for Celtic in Scotland is it? Link to comment
Foster14
That was my main thoughts on Celtic defensive duties, it is hardly the most commanding jobs going in the league. Van Dijk and Forster are getting in there based on European performances I am guessing. I'm not even suggesting any Aberdeen players should be definitely getting in the top 4, but would be thinking the performances of Sutton (19 goals in a Motherwell team that is a good bit weaker than last year) and Stevie May (18 goals, and an element of a 1 man team at times at St Johnstone) and Billy McKay have done more to merit it. StandFree1982
Can only be a good thing. Our players are sneaking under these radars, keeping them away from prying English teams eyes. Link to comment

Foster14
Think all United fans would have their own YPOTY as Andrew Robertson. Think May might get it go, more the headline grabber with the goals. Link to comment

The fact Celtic are so dominant shows how good he is, in my opinion. His concentration has to be spot on. That's why you see the likes of Ben Foster look amazing but calamitous when at Man Utd or palying for England against diddy teams. Link to comment
