I wonder if we could do the same and who would be best nominated ? "Norman Jamieson Ltd has today been announced as the Club's official sock sponsor for season 2014/15. Norman Jamieson Ltd is a well established family run company with well over 44 years' experience." How the fuck long is well over 44 years' experience? Link to comment
Guest
£2.2m.... £3m.... whatever. The boy has had a handful of games where he's been not much better than Pawlett in his prime. Utd would bite your hand off at £750,000 bid. He's not worth any more than that. Link to comment
ebbe
do you think he's worth more than ryan fraser tinyweelad? Link to comment
fifered
do you think he's worth more than ryan fraser tinyweelad? From what I've seen of Gauld in live matches he's not a patch on Ryan Fraser. Might just be that he's had bad games v us but I've yet to see why he deserves the hype he gets over some of our youngsters past or present. Fair play to united if they get that kind of cash but they are getting all the plaudits for their young squad, attacking football etc etc. last season they won fuck all finished well behind us and never beat us. Overhyped as far as I'm concerned. Link to comment

Guest
was just interested to hear the thoughts of his auld man fifered. Well considering I was outed on here not long ago, I dunno why you think my surname is Fraser. Each to their own though dude.... each to their own. In answer to your question, I'd say Ryan Fraser had a similar potential as Gauld. But Utd, as always, seem to be more adept at maximising the wankathon media over such young talent youngster in their squad. We tend to maximise losing ours for buttons or for nothing. reekie_dock
Id say Gauld is better than Fraser, In my opinion Going by the fact that Sporting Lisbon a team know for producing young talent is paying 2-3 Million for Him and Prem teams were sniffing about. Where as they could have had Fraser for peanuts and he's ended up at Bournmouth pretty much says it all. Link to comment
ChutneyLove
He has potential - and if he gets the move has probably maximised his chance of doing something with it. At the moment, with the standard and consistency he has shown, he would be worth a couple of hundred g's at the very most as a 23 year-old. Anything over and above that is a punt on his potential. Edit to add - I watched him for two full games last season (after he came to my attention, he may have played in more before that without my knowledge). He was completely fucking anonymous. I would say any player worth 3 million should be able to stand-out in most SPFL games - he is not able to do that. Link to comment
Dynamo
Deals been done. Picture of him in the Sporting Club broom cupboard and everything. Good luck to him. Link to comment
The Boofon
Aye fair play to the boy. Good to see players chance it overseas. Eoin Jess always says he wishes he'd been a bit braver and went overseas rather than going to England and he knows his stuff. Link to comment
