Silly cunt claims he befriended a bunch of monkies in three days and gave one of the fuckers the chance to take a selfie. He claims that because the photo was taken on his camera it means the property rights belong to him. He is wrong.

He never took the photo but it was with his camera and he owned the image did he not

Otherwise who would own a group photo taken on a timer

In Law, possession of a work of art rests with the artist, not the person who owns the canvas.

 

So, it belongs to the monkey, not the camera owner

Its plain to see he must have had first access to the camera after the monkey so why did he not just say he put it on a timer then he would have taken the photo
