Tord - there could be some of this covered deep in the Hun thread. It applies when a company changes ownership and protects employees entitlements etc. if I mind right, this is how McGregor and Naismith managed to move for free.

I'd talk to an HR/Employment lawyer.

 

I'm sure you could say by selling that asset the company is affecting your terms of employment etc etc. And sue them or some shit.

 

Employment law is all shite in my opinion. You agree to work for that wage etc. if you don't like it get a different job or start your own company.

TUPE effectively means your employment rights go with you to the new employer.
