Winning The League 2015/16

Hopefully I'm completely wrong again but can't see us running them closer this year than last. We don't have a strong enough squad. Maybe this will improve, who knows. If it's close come January they'll just do what they did last year and get the cheque book out.

All we can do is chip away at them. Last season we essentially forced them to spend more than they won in prize money. Celtic budget for 1st and CL football and given the imbecile that they employ as a manager that can only bite them in the ass long term.

Sadly agree with this. Celtic will be too strong.

We have given Celtic far too much respect for far too long they are nothing on the team that had the likes of Larsson and Sutton . An ex Hibs and ex Dundee Utd strike force , a couple of foreign paps and some over rated youngsters . Gordon , van Djyk and Brown really are the only difference , if we bring in some more quality in midfield , and Jack manages to up his game against Brown , add Stevie May and I have faith that we can Challenge . Our team spirit and the fans all back on side seems to be a major asset , which can only improve !!

Everton will likely sign Van Djyk for £120m

Unfortunately, in Armstrong & Van Dijk they have the 2 best players in the league.

We've got numbers 3 to 20 covered though :trophy:

We'll win it by April. Shinnie will absolutely dominate Scott Brown in September, turn to Jacko and say, HEMMIN, thats how you do it. Ryan Jack will wipe out Brown first 30 seconds at Parkhead, score 4 and set up 3 for Goodwillie. Job done.

Right on, bro. :checkit:

Shinnie in midfield will be the difference against Brown this season, the Kenny and Dave partnership will be too much for their defence to handle.

Title party in April.

I'm actually excited to watch Shinnie against Celtic this season. Proper big game player that won't shy away from anything.

If we could somehow get McGinn to remember he doesnt play for them anymore then I see no reason why we can't beat them 4 times this season and in both cups.

Good post from you.

Tough one on Europe. obviously competing with them this season it is better they stay in as long as possible. And also obviously competing with them in the seasons to come it is best they are knocked out asap.

I'm greedy for success in the short term so will not be too unhappy if they stay in Europe. Also bonus of boosting our coefficient to try and get us seeded for more of these qualifiers in future years

Somebody writing in the English Daily Mail the other day described the Scottish Premiership as boring. Its hard to argue against him when its clear after two games played who will be in the top three (the three teams who won their opening two games). Not only that but goal difference has already organised them in the order I expect them to finish - Tims first, Dons second, Fartz third. However, having said that (to quote Mr Keegan) "I would love it if we beat them." (beat Celtic and won the league.) "Love it."
