Guest RosemountRed
115+ loyalty points to be guaranteed a ticket... http://www.afc.co.uk/tickets/6635.php#.VdssT5XbKUk Doesn't mention how many tickets we are getting though, can't imagine its very much if you need that many loyalty points for it? BWG
Dunno why they bother with these loyalty point requirements. Every time I've phoned up to get a ticket and asked them to just gees one anyways they have. Link to comment

You want a ticket, you get a ticket. Nobody should have to justify themselves on how many games they've been to. Link to comment

Well that may be ok for Dundee United away but when you only get 800 tickets there needs to be priority given to season ticket holders and fans who attend regularly, the club should show loyalty to those who are loyal to the club. Every team does it that has a large away support. 2 Link to comment

I'm about 10-12 points down due to Pay at the Gate and tickets purchased for me not linked to me. Will be interesting to see how it works with supporters clubs as well... Link to comment

I agree, but if implemented properly it should work well. The club need to update the loyalty section of the website to properly describe how it works, does it include points from the last 3, 4 or 5 seasons? How many people have over 100 points etc. It definitely needs a bit of refining. Link to comment
vanderark14
I have no idea what this loyalty points thingy is. I always buy my tickets for non ST games prior to going so I take it I have some points? Link to comment

People having 115 pretty much have to be the hardcore (2 season tickets plus 18 other games by my reckoning, though Euro games were 4 points a pop). Link to comment

I always buy my tickets for non ST games prior to going so I take it I have some points? The details are on the site, 4 points for EL and 2 points for domestic cups., 40 points for a season ticket. So if you have had two season tickets (this season and last) then you'll have at least 80 points. Link to comment

Yeah I imagine the number with over 115 points is pretty low, maybe 1000. Link to comment

I could do with an additional 2 points before they go on sale though, as not really wanting to wait until the 40+ group... Link to comment

AFCaketin
The loyalty points system makes a lot of sense. Anyone who can't understand why we have implemented such a system probably struggled at school. You go to more games, you get first dibs on tickets - simple. Can't see many folk being left disappointed. Link to comment
