looksgoodinred
What you talking about LGIR? "different strokes for different folks" An expression meaning that everyone has their own way of doing things or approaching life. Often said in disagreement with how someone else has done things, but can also be said in a neutral or even positive fashion. Link to comment

Pash
What has Diadora got to do with Aberdeen? Link to comment
Foster14
awful? different strokes as always.i love the trainers. White tongue red laces, or red tongue white laces. Not sure what the point of the flame is. If you are going to play on the spirit of 83, try make them more retro, not just get a modern pair of skater trainers and add an 83 to the side... It is a piggy backing money making idea on the back of Aberdeen's success of late relative to the previous 10-15 years. Barely even a story. Link to comment
The Boofon
Both are horrendous. Both have fuck all to do with '83. Foster14 has nailed it. Link to comment
Chewie37
Think the flame is Hanons badge? The only thing about Diadora and AFC I can think of is some of the casuals used to wear yellow diadoras when they were cool. I always thought Adidas would do a decent re-make of the 1983 top if they were asked, not sure how much it would cost though LGIR, I think the boys are sulking because you've got rid of your bikini bum pic Link to comment
Henry
Gutted this isn't Adidas https://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/fp/aberdeen-fc/shops-shoe-ropean-spirit/ Shame indeed. Adidas have done some stuff 'inspired' by Man Utd's 1985 FA Cup final. Looks good. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/retro-manchester-united-shirts-unveiled-6559369 Link to comment
Chewie37
That stuff looks decent, maybe we should tell Hanon to get it sorted with Adidas......and also bring back the yellow Hydrasun hoody? Link to comment

Robbie Winters
Jonny Hayes nae doot will be buying a pair or 3Funnily enough I was in Hanon a few weeks back and a young Celtic trackie- topped lad was mentioning these and said that he thought they were smart and would buy a pair, knucklehead Diadora Ed Moses were the only ever real deal Link to comment
minijc
Hayes had his last week, they aren't the best but have certainly grown on me, those slagging off Diadora clearly don't have a clue, they've been releasing some of the best trainers for over 12months now. Link to comment

minijc
You hated them at 10am then loved them at 1pm. Sma turnaround from hating to liking. So you can't give anyone stick to be fair. Anyways, I'll be at fitba the morn - beer?No I never, I said I wasn't that fussed, they've grown on me. Not going to the game pal, trying to avoid eating/drinking shit and need to train, game is just a distraction. I would smash Mini for trainer collection... FACT. RussellH would smash both of us.... FACT.That's true, I've stopped buying just for the sake of it, bought 8 pairs in 3 weeks last year when I had a job and the sales were on, will buy these diadoras although I'm after my first pair of Nikes (had as a kid but nothing as an adult apart from gym trainers) for me Nike have really upped their game where as Adidas has went down hill massively. Chewie37
Adidas is a weird one, some of the originals are quality, but I've bought a couple of pairs from their Neo range, not convinced they're as good quality. I'm due a new pair of Superstars..... Link to comment
