I've no idea how there can be so many companies just closing their doors, putting up a new sign with a different name, liquidating the old company and starting afresh with a blank balance sheet. There's something far wrong with it! I don't know if it's a morality issue that means it's becoming more common nowadays or if it indeed is, but there seems to have been more instances up here lately. It's a piece of shite for those who struggle to get by and really fight to keep their company when folk are just throwing debt away and are still able to be a director of a company in the same field. They know they can take even more "risks" in business because they will never really be held accountable.They just wash their hands & move on to the next bunch of mugs.
