Geoff_Tipps
Wanted to start a thread to discuss all things running. What running apps do you use? I tend to use Strava, great for both cycling and running. Thinking of upgrading my Garmin, has anyone got the Forerunner 25 and if so how do the like it? Link to comment

The Boofon
Best thread ever. Hopefully keep the constant spamming of other threads from happening with all the running chat. 2 Link to comment

But I am caring, and sensitive. Isn't Schindler's List a brilliant film? Link to comment
dave_min
I've used a Forerunner 25 for the last ~2 years. It was decent enough, but often you'd struggle to find a GPS signal which was annoying. The battery life was decent to start with but now struggles to go longer than about 4 hours. The app that goes with it is pretty good. Upgraded to a fitbit which seems good sofar. The Garioch 10k is pish. Balmoral 10k is about the best race round here. Running the Marseile and Brighton Marathons this year. Link to comment

RAZOR
Yes Bluto, why did you mention it several times 3 years ago?Was regularly talking about it until everyone noticed his fb pic and twitter account and realised he was full of shite (around February last year) then he never logged on for about 3 months in a sulk. Since he's came back, he has for some reason turned against the running game. Shame as I was keen on racing the mofo. I just couldn't be bothered getting all the quotes up. Link to comment
The Boofon
I don't think everyone noticed his Facebook page to be fair. Think maybe only a couple of folk stalked it. Link to comment

rumpus
Recently upgraded from Bitfit charge to Bitfit surge. Not overly impressed but the GPS is an.advantage. Not really fussed about 10k's as I knock 4 or 5 of these out any given week. Might do balmoral again though if home Gradually moving away from running ( been there, done that, have the medals to prove it.) Buying a Bike for this years excercise, the aforementioned gps shall clearly be advantageous for tracking on app. Link to comment
