According to tord's latest contract update, he is contracted until summer 2017.

Poor is harsh but in his 4th season he's hardly dazzled. I don't understand the 'hasn't had a chance motto'. He gets on nearly every game.

He averages around 10 mins a game which really is an insignificant amount of time for him to make an impact. I recall him playing well against Inverness away - i believe we won 2-1 - last year?

 

He needs a loan spell to provide him with some much needed game time.

If he is to go out on loan then he needs to go to a better team than St Midden.

They are struggling and the team as a whole is in disarray.

Not the environment to put him and St Midden would be of no use to him.

As has been said, just because he "gets on" most games, doesnt mean hes had time to impress. Thrown on for 10 mins here or there is no use. Takes time to get into a game. I have always believed hes been a fall guy under McInnes when he has had a start. Always the first sacrificed to get his favourites back on the park, regardless of how he is playing.

Dazzy could not agree more with you I really couldn't!! Never ever felt he has done worse than anyone else on the pitch when he was started but as you say, the Manager has his faves, its the same when he makes subs and I will continue to say till I am blue in the face, it is going to be the doing of McInnes. On one hand I am delighted if he goes out somewhere, he needs to play games but on the other I am not because its not going to lead to some great signing either, anyone who thinks that will happen is deluded, we will get some no mark or has been on Loan who will be hyped up to the hilt only for the Manager to revert to type and play his fave players on a constant loop until the end of the season regardless of form.

You would think 10 minutes over the course of 4 years would indicate if he had anything about him worth keeping.... it hasn't.

He started a lot of games a couple of seasons ago and did nothing really. I don't think he's good enough.

I too think Cammy Smith could be a decent player, i'd be amazed if his longest run of starts was more than 5 games. The only thing I'd say is that he probably only suits 1 position in attacking mid, so hopefully he does go out on loan and get games because I can't see him being used ahead of McLean and Pawlett

It's actually been detrimental for him to be just on the cusp of the first team as it meant he wasn't going to go out on loan and get some decent game time and experience outside of the youth team.
