Pudgie
Now I know that sounds like a pretty daft question, seen as we all support one, but what's the process for an association football club existing? Is there a companies house alternative where each club has a registration number and is a physical entity or is it just implied that because the badge says Aberdeen, we are Aberdeen? I know that Red Bull have been snapping up teams and changing the names of them so I suppose it's possible to change names, colours and badges but they are still the club that they used to be albeit with a vastly different look and name. strachanmcgheegoal
Joking apart shrimp I think you're bang on. The club has to be mortal if for no other reason than, god forbid, one was caught deliberately cheating or even that one leveraged itself so excessively that liquidation is inevitable then so be it. Lights off, good night. But greater filth scumdom continues. No issue with that. But if you don't make that distinction then franchise WWF here we come. Link to comment
