Lencarl
Ross County's Jim McIntyre is the only Premiership boss in the running for PFA Scotland's Manager of the Year award. Peter Houston (Falkirk)Jim McInally (Peterhead)Jim McIntyre (Ross County)Mark Warburton (Rangers) My guess Warburton will be chosen Link to comment
zander
Warburton the only stand out one really. Link to comment
BWG
McIntyre hands down. Ross County were a fucking mess before he took over. Link to comment

BWG
So were Rangers. And they spent how much to win an amateur league? Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
I say Houston deserves it Couldn't really argue with Warburton if he wins the Scottish cup though. I'll still give arguing a good shot though Link to comment
Chewie37
So were Rangers. But a team from 2012 couldn't have a manager win in 2016? We all know Warburton will get it. I personally think it should be McIntyre, smaller budget, bigger league, cup win, taking Quinn & Goodwillie from us........... Link to comment
Dynamo
RossCounty winning a trophy and making the top 6. Would give it to McIntyre. Close call between him and Warburton. Link to comment
tup
Would not give it to a lower division manager who had more resources than the other 9 clubs he was competing against put together. But he will get it. And we'll be expected to congratulate the cunt. Truth is, he could hardly fail. Welcome to Scottish football. Fixed, triumphalist shite. And nobody notices. Indeed a lot of our own fans think Warburton deserves it. 1 Link to comment
Tommy
My personal choice was joint winners- Jacqui and Mixu. McIntyre for me. Link to comment
tommo1903
McIntyre has done a tremendous job at County. Think Archibald has done a good job at Partick too. Link to comment
Panda
Jonny Hayes nominated for player of the year. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Warburton the only stand out one really. If they win the Scottish cup then aye maybe but otherwise he shouldn't be near it. Did Neilson get close for romping the Championship last season?...................... Nit. Warburton has had 10 times the budget of most in the league & 4 or 5 that of Hibs plus he has had a good few EPL players on loan. McIntyre for me but close between him & Stubbs if Hibs win the cup, (especially if the get up via the play offs) even though Hibs have "Hibsed" it a good few times in the league & of course the league cup final. Getting to both finals is still good going. Link to comment

fine-n-dandy
Er...he was nominated yes.So by that way of thinking you must think the Peterheid manager must be close to winning it this season? .......Nit. Neilson had nae chance of winning it even with a record points total in the championship. Link to comment
caledonia
Warburton the only stand out one really. Peterhead manager took his team to the same cup final with limited resourcesboth look like they are getting promoted as well but i suppose once a hun and all that Link to comment
CHOW87
I get why those four are on the shortlist, but there's still a slight possibility that Aberdeen could become the first club from outwith the Old Firm to win the league in thirty years and Hibs could win the Scottish Cup for the first time in well over a century (while playing in the second tier). McInnes and Stubbs would go down in Scottish football history, yet neither were considered amongst the top four managers this season. Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Yeah I always find it bizarre that they do these awards before the end of the season Link to comment
reekie_dock
We all know who will be Manager of the season lets all just accept it and move on. Life isn't fair, the Freemasons rule the world and those scum have close links with the Hunnery in Glasgow. Link to comment
BWG
The arse cheeks of Glasgow won everything. Business as usual indeed. Link to comment
tup
A corrupt carve up. When they invite Stilian Petrov to dish out the award, it's pretty obvious Johnny Hayes is not going to get it. These bastards that run the league are basically agents and lapdogs for two clubs only. Link to comment

Bamber
no problem at all with griffiths getting player of the year - to be fair he should be team of the year as he has been practically a one man team at times. Very (un)surprising that he is not being linked with a move away as you would think he is the most saleable asset Don't agree with Warburton being best manager - it would be like me winning a chess tournament in the Under 5 category Link to comment

BWG
Griffiths is fair enough but the rest of the awards are dubious as fuck. Lee Wallace Championship player of the year? Fuck off. He's going to be found out massively next season. Link to comment
vanderark14
For a start this award shouldn't be issued till after the cup and playoffs. Bit that I think they will but hibs have the chance to do something historical. If Stubbs wins them promotion and wins the cup with hibs for the first time in 100 years he would fully deserve the managers award instead of this cunt Warburton. Warburton won this the minute the huns beat the tims in the cup. The old firm match is all that matters in Scottish football, it's a fucking sad state of affairs. I'm not looking forward to next season, it won't be just back to the norm, it'll be ten times worse than it ever was. Link to comment
