Redforever86
the constant unanswered question - fit is his actual position? striker, attacking midfield? wing? central midfield? Whatever one her just played in, and scored a hat trick. I wouldn't take him back this season, deserves a chance to get a full season of games and the experience that goes with that. Link to comment
Panda
the constant unanswered question - fit is his actual position? striker, attacking midfield? wing? central midfield?According to a United fan at the game they played him attacking midfield. We've rarely played him that role. When he has started games, it has been central midfield. Link to comment

If we're crying out for a goal scoring midfielder, and he's banging them in, then we would have to decide do we buy someone, or bring him back. But it's August. He could be off form by October. DelMonte
He's never got a proper run of games here. 20 minutes spells when we are winning 2-0 or losing 1-0 isn't a proper chance. Link to comment
Sonoftherock
Hat trick against a Premiership team. That's all you can ask of him. Hopefully next season he's ready to come back, start starting games and making an impact. Link to comment

buchanskii
Now is as good a time as any to try and change the mindset of the club and give more young players a shot. The crazy money in England is only going to get worse and soon teams like Wrexham and Tranmere will be paying fees and wages we could only dream of. Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Hopefully he has an excellent season down the road. When he returns he will be another year older and have experience at another club so that might make McInnes less of a fearty. His lack of chances has been disappointing when McLean, Jack and McGinn are allowed to have about 10 shite games in a row and start them all. Hopefully he shoots United to promotion then score a hat trick against them at Tannadice on the first game of next season Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
Came on as sub and crossed for the winner against the Brockville Huns on Saturday. When's the next Utd Hibs match? Could be a classic - in a first division 11 games in kind of a way. Edit@ Just checked. Its the Friday night at tannadice before we go to the sevco midden. Link to comment
Panda
How's Cammy Smith getting on at United? Hasn't scored in a while. I read a post on Twitter at the weekend from a United fan saying that after his blistering start he's quietened down and hasn't been as influential recently. But it was one tweet from one fan. SupportmeansSUPPORT
Its an unfortunate one for Cammy in that he joined them for the chance to play games every week and having working with Ray McKinnon from his time at SFA technical development working in the north east it seemed like he was the perfect person to give him an opportunity and get the best out of him. He got off to a great start and was playing really well but out of the blue McKinnon was given the opportunity to sign Andreu on loan on deadline day, too good a player to turn down he signed him. They are now fighting for 1 spot in the team and although he rates Cammy highly he still see's Andreu as a more complete player so Cammy has found himself back in the same boat as he was here having to settle for the odd 10 mins here and not playing in his best position when he does come on. Rated highly by the manager but just not quite highly enough to get in ahead of 1 of the top men in your team. What looked like be a really good move for all parties is now turning into a bit of a nightmare. The thought was that joining an attacking team who were likely to be towards the top of their division, scoring goals and playing for a manager who knew him well seemed a perfect option to take Cammy to the next level & giving him the games he needed to develop. As it is he is now left kicking his heels and I suspect both the Dons & Cammy will be wishing they had picked a different club to join than that lot. 1 1 Link to comment
