BWG
I see young Nuttall has had his loan extended to January 18th with Stranraer. Has anyone had a chance to see how our other loanees are doing? I know Smith and Shankland are struggling to do anything at Dundee Utd and St Mirren and Rogers is rated at Falkirk. Not sure if Lennox and Mutch are getting game time or how McKenna and Harvie have been getting on? Link to comment
The Cockney Don
Scott McKenna's loan deal at Ayr United has been extended until the 18th of January. Link to comment

ClayholeRed
Have been to a couple of the games Nuttall has played for Stranraer. Has done decent enough at that level showing a decent turn of pace and scoring a couple of good goals. BUT being honest not performing at a level which would suggest he may break into the first team soon. Very poor on Saturday against East Kilbride - weak in the air for a fairly tall player and touch poor at times. Link to comment

BWG
Craig Storie goes to St Mirren for the remainder of the season. I imagine that's tatties for him. Think the current loans are (dates may not be entirely correct): Aaron Lennox - Raith Rovers (Season long loan)Lawrence Shankland - St Mirren (Season long loan)Cammy Smith - Dundee United (Season long loan)Danny Rogers - Falkirk (Season long loan) Craig Storie - St Mirren (Rest of season loan) Scott Mckenna - Ayr (Returns January 18th)Joe Nuttall - Stranraer (Returns January 18th)Daniel Harvie - Dumbarton (Returns January 18th)Robbie Mutch - Arbroath (Returns January 18th) Link to comment
V for Vendetta
Quite a number of young lads loaned out in total, surely a very clear signal that the club don't see the development league as worthwhile for the 19/20yo lads Hopefully some of them come back stronger, more determined, more mature and ready to give everything to push into the first team. Stoneybloke
Have any young players made the breakthrough into first team regulars under McInnes? None that I can think of. Link to comment
Mr John
Have any young players made the breakthrough into first team regulars under McInnes? None that I can think of. Jack was a RB for a long time before taking on the midfield role. Pawlett too, was a winger and loaned out before getting a run in the first team behind the striker, but he's been a sub since his long-term injury/Maclean came in. Other than that, our first team is b®ought-in talent plus veteran home-made defensive leftie and occasional tranny, Considine. Link to comment
