If you celebrate Christmas, what will you be having for dinner?

 

Mine will be the traditional Swedish ham (a julskinka)... brined and then baked with a mustard/bread crumb coating.

 

It's always massive, with leftovers for a number of days, and a bone to make a ham soup later.

Seafood platter starter. Turkey crown, ham in the slow cooker, roast tatties, chipolatas wrapped in streaky bacon, brussels slow fried with chorizo, carrots. Trifle, Frangelico cheesecake with hazelnut cream.

 

I'm making the cheesecake and hazelnut cream, starter is ready bought, missus us doing the rest. Can't fucking wait. Christmas is perfect for big fat greedy cunts like me. Used to work Christmas a lot, worked 12 years in a row, never again now I've got a sprog.
