Admin Bebo Posted July 12, 2017 Admin Share Posted July 12, 2017 Going by my own experience when it was first introduced, you should have been sent an email confirmation entitled "Your online purchase from Aberdeen Football Club" Within the email it should say If you have selected Tickets@Home (home matches only), please print by clicking on the link below - Link to comment

Parklife
In the past you could print directly from the AFC website. Now you must go to your email, which will have a pdf attached, which you then have to print. Link to comment
Donnet
How does Print@Home work? When you book your ticket online select the Print@Home option. You will then be automatically sent an e-mail confirmation with your ticket (s) attached as a PDF. You will receive a separate PDF for each ticket purchased. What if I don't receive an e-mail?If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please contact the Pittodrie Ticket Office on 01224 63 1903 or e-mail ticketoffice@@AFC.co.uk Link to comment

ShinnieFGS
I got the PDF on my phone. Mates printing them off but can you nae just scan your phone like you can do when flying? You weren't able to do that last season, so unless they've updated the technology at the turnstiles over the summer, it'll need to be printed. Link to comment
DelMonte
Has to go in the slot like a normal ticket, so unless you have a thin phone...Season tickets don't go in the slot do they? The PDF has both a bar code and a QR Code. Link to comment
dave_min
Season tickets don't go in the slot do they? The PDF has both a bar code and a QR Code.Indeed they do not. They use the same technology as contactless bank cards / Apple Pay. No idea why we don't use it. Heads should roll for this. Link to comment
Woodside Don
Sorted now, rang the ticket office and after about half an hour waiting to get through they resent my confirmation email and this time came through with the pdf attachment. Guy at the ticket office said its extremely busy today and expects all home tickets to sell out before kickoff. Link to comment
