sooth_stander
Funny how in the P&J version of that interview, fuck all mention of the club maybe not moving to a new stadium. So either the P&J have editorially omitted it, or the Daily Ranger have used artistic licence and added it I wander which? Link to comment
Betty Swallicks
Not going to happen during him time with us I took it as. At least he is telling the truth unlike McInnes when he was Milnes puppet spokesman. If it was to be bult (I dont think it will) McInnes will have been gone for years. Link to comment

CityCentre
I notice the only work done recently at the site is to add a second car park around the other side of the training building. Be interesting to see on Monday if any work is on-going or if that is it for Phase 1? I hope not as still looks like quite a lot of work to do round the back and eastern side of it. Link to comment

Donstar83
I thought they weren't allowed to start the next phase until the CPZ and footbridge had been sorted? Link to comment
RUL
I think the original point is that the site generally is pretty messy so are they going to spend money tidying it up now that phase 1 is actually done....the answer is probably no. Link to comment
King Street Loon
It does still look very much a building site surrounding a training complex.I would suggest that they erect a hard wooden perimeter around the area of where the stadium is proposed as it looks shite just now. As though you're looking over a wasteland and also the chainlink fence blows over the first sign of a gale.Still a good bit needs doing. Link to comment
Dunty
Dundee's owners in the paper today saying they are going to submit the application for their new stadium this year. I doubt theirs is costing anywhere near £40m, but a new stadium and training ground will still be a fair old price. Be interesting to see where they get the money from. Link to comment
Fridge
Surely if ever there was case for two teams sharing a stadium it’s Dundee. Link to comment

Close to the pitch. Just marvellous. looks pretty shite to me , all uneven but does make you wonder why we can't do similar or better than that at Pittodrie Link to comment
CityCentre
Before the new stadium can we please cover at least one of the pitches so we can train 365 days a year without snow or rain. Link to comment

Always surprised me we didn’t have an indoor pitch too at Cormack Park, given the shite weather potentially in winter - maybe too expensive. Link to comment

It was in the phase 2 plans at one point I think to cover one of the Training pitches. Personally i would just move them to an artificial pitch for training when it snows. We used to have to play in the goals leagues in all sorts of crazy weather, games were never off. Link to comment
