mcdougall(4) Posted March 25, 2018 Share Posted March 25, 2018 Poached - my signature; boiling water with a splash of vinegar, egg plopped into the boiling water (drop temp to just above half), simmer for 4 minutes, then onto the lower back of a small boy, smoked salmon topped buttered buttocks, with a couple of grinds of pink sea salt.
