Watching North tonight the night and it has this bit about a St Andrews student who says shes been raped. Now i dont know the details but case first went to a court of law but the boy was found not guilty. Now she is taking the boy to a civil court. My thing is that in the interview her identity was hidden and she was referred to as Miss A following court rules but he was named and shown going to court the last time. He's been found not quilty but has now twice been named and shown as an accused rapist. How is that fair?
