Tommy
Good to read that he’s signed a new deal through to 2021. Link to comment
StandFree1982
Great news. Good to see us managing to tie down our youngsters, something we were shite at pre McInnes. Now for Shinnie and GMS to follow suit and sign a new contract. Link to comment
Redstar
Good to hear...hopefully they’ve learned from the Fraser fiasco that they need to make signing on again worthwhile...I’m sure his father will keep him grounded...if by any chance the wages allow for unhinged Cummings type behaviour...which I seriously doubt. minijc
Good news - but predictable. Here for life is the young hero.I hope he can go on to bigger and better things than Aberdeen to be honest, ideally in the EPL before Kingsford. 3 Link to comment

OddJob
Aye fantastic news. As Dad said no surprise at all. Here’s hoping he can kick on this season. Link to comment
SheepieBaaBaa
Brilliant news, I'm sure he'll go on to bigger things, as will a lot of the youngsters, but the great thing is that clearly the club is treating them well enough to inspire loyalty and they are signing extensions to make sure that the club gets a decent price when they do go. A welcome change from the £3.50 a week and a free choice of something from Craig Brown's paper poke of boiled sweeties that Fraser was allegedly offered. Link to comment
dave_min
Free tickets until 2021. His real @@Dad will be delighted. Link to comment

ollie1903
Cheers for the best wishes all, both here and by PM, it's much appreciated. Came totally out of the blue and he didn't have to be asked twice to re-sign. It's all down to him now to earn himself another one. He'll certainly be trying his best. 15 1 Link to comment
robbojunior
Well done Deano. Great news for him. There will be a very proud Milkman somewhere out there. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Good news. He's looked very decent & not out of his depth at all in the games we have seen him. Players like him & Anderson are the future but McInnes seems to be confusing this sentiment to mean that he doesn't have to play them now/yet, as much. Get the fkrs in the first eleven McInnes you fkn gype Link to comment
Guest milne_afc
If ever there was a time to break into the first team, this would be it. Team is going nowhere. Nae worried about McInnes' reluctance to give youngsters a run in the team? The boy Gilmour seems to be earmarked already - rave reviews aots. A crack at the guffy leagues would be the way to go imho. Link to comment

aberdeen1970
The club have been much better at signing promising youngsters on decent length contracts in recent years. That's Campbell (twice), McKenna (twice) , Wright and Anderson in recent years. Lessons learned from the Fyvie, Grimmer, Fraser period. 1 Link to comment
Shinniesta
Great news. I think this lad has excellent potential. I was very impressed with how he handled the last game of the season at Parkhead a few months ago in what was a pressure game against the best team in the country. He was very calm and composed for one so young. Hopefully the manner in which Lewis Ferguson has very quickly forced his way into the first team reckoning is great motivation for Campbell. McInnes obviously has great belief in him to give him a 3 year contract. Link to comment
The Boofon
Needs a few games now. An elbow into the tims goalie top priority if he gets a game. Link to comment
Sonoftherock
Congrats on the new contract! In his interview on RedTV, Deano spoke about the queue of midfielders currently ahead of him... also that some of the other young lads had enjoyed successful loan spells elsewhere. Couldn't work out whether he was hinting that he'd be heading somewhere on loan shortly? Link to comment
BWG
Are player sponsors still a thing? The hat could sponsor Deano. Link to comment
Betty Swallicks
Mental the amount of sucking up there is on here re Deano just cos his Da posts. I'd imagine the vast majority have the same amount of knowledge of him as me ie nae too much. Regardless.....good luck loon. 2 2 Link to comment
