In Converstaion With Dave Cormack & Duncan Fraser

- Confident judicial review will be a delay at worst.

- Protests to building at Kingford would be nothing compared to protests at redeveloping Pittodrie over five years.

- Has shown Kingsford plans to people in USA & teams in England. "This is the envy of a lot of people."

Aye ok mate. The boy Cormack is leading us down a merry lane of pish IMO.

Are you being serious? Born yesterday joke incoming.

the redevelopment of pittodrie would certainly effect a lot more people on a daily basis than the Kingsford project does. I don’t see how it’s so hard to believe that there would be a lot more protests with road closures in and around stadium and it dragging on 5 years. Guess we will never know.

only if he was speaking to MLS and EPL sides it’s a ridiculous quote. If he’s showing the plans to lower championshop sides and below it’s surely valid?

Would depend what EPL clubs he's been speaking to.

Bournemouth's stadium is about half the size of what's proposed at Kingsford.

I've unfortunately been to Craven Cottage and it's about as big a shithole as Pittodrie is.

Other clubs like Burnley and Watford have stadiums not much bigger than the Kingsford proposals, but they aren't brand new and 'state of the art'.

No idea what any of the stadiums are like over in the MLS, bar the new one in Atlanta which is in a different world to us.
