T in the Park 98

I've been meaning to ask this for a while. I loan wolved it to TITP in 98, met a load of dandies in the NME tent watching Super Furries and Spiritualized, must have had at least 3 swedgers pressed in my palm. There must have been at least 20-25 lads. Surely I've met a few on here?

Could have been me and the crew. Have very little memory but was defo there and went to see both bands. We where all 18/19 in 1998 so possibly not if you reckon 20-25. Always a large contingent of dandies at gigs across Scotland.

If it was the one at Strathclyde park with Pulp headlining I was there as well . Only time Ive saw SFA as well.

Other bands were teenage Fanclub, manics, Kula shaker

Wisna me, I didn’t go to Balado until 99, had a big sheet of acid tabs for that.......well big I mean about ten or 12 it’s a bit hazy

96 I’m thinking of. Totally sober I was for some reason . Was ace though .

96 was the britpop year. Still at Strathclyde. Hamilton Morrisons for carryouts and a breakfast.

Kula Shaker where ace in the small tent iirc. Bluetones/cast/northern uproar/black grape/prodigy/beck/chemical bros in a tent/leftfield in a tent/roni size in a tent/SFA (possibly)/TFC (possibly) et al.
