Great at commercials, but their football success was down to having a good manager - nothing to do with the club structure / “philosophy”. Martino is a decent coach and brought their only success, since then it’s been poor.

Don’t think that’s entirely fair. For a new club to be as successful as they have been in their young history is impressive. The successful appointment of martino in the first place shows a good structure. They’ve got a load of talented players.
 

mls is a weird league, same teams don’t always dominate every year due to the format.

Hugely successful commercially, in part down to a captive audience of 10 million people in the state of Georgia and a large rising interest in football in the US.

From a footballing context they are hugely inexperienced.
