I don't get how they have to put an across the board figure for this. Bigger stadiums should be allowed to have bigger numbers that can be accommodated, taking into account physical distancing. Edit - I'm thinking that it'll be down to how many police and ambulance staff that can be spared for matches that dictates the 500 number. Link to comment
