We will probably fail but on paper its not far off the best we could have asked for. Fucking Israel is the worst team in that draw and our inability to do them.

Pretty much my thinking. I suspect we will at worst share the points equally with Denmark and Austria in the respective home and away ties....but fuck it all up by losing away to Israel and Moldova where those 2 countries, although it might not be too pretty, take full points

Yeah you have pretty much nailed it. Personally would fancy getting results against Denmark and Austria at Hampden.

Agreed that we could have definitely gotten a lot worse a group so have to be happy enough with that. Totally capable of taking maximum points in the home games but away fixtures will be tough that's for sure. Only problem is the fact we have the Euros in between these fixtures, could cause some issues with a settled team but will just have to wait and see

I would still see us 3rd or 4th more likely than 1st of 2nd though. The Israel games will be massive. I can see us only taking 1 point off them while Denmark and Austria will probably coast to 6
