When Hartley signed it was noted that he raised standards the problem with him he realised after a season  he couldn’t play to the standard he wanted to so he quit. The same standards that were noted to have raised when mccinnes took over or he signed robson.

Yes budgets give teams a good advantage but it’s not all about that. You need to have the right attitude to succeed and to make it to the very top. Scott brown has that attitude and hopefully it will rub off on the  young players we have

Yeah Liverpool and Ath Madrid really operate on a shoestring. AM managed to pick up a real bargain with Joao Felix at £110 million and Van Dijk being the most expensive defender in the world didn't help Liverpool at all.
