Redtaz2
If he is the subject of interest for a couple of clubs and we have an acceptable offer then who should we consider as a replacement personally I think he will leave it’s a good time in his career to do so , he has given good memories in games against the hun and Burnley being particularly enjoyable Link to comment

I think we need more attack minded and creative midfielders. We have more than enough sitting type midfielders. Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
Would love to see him with a year of Browns tutelage. (We've no idea yet if Brown is a decent coach of course) Link to comment
Sheepo
If we get upwards of 3M for Ferguson it will be a good move for both parties if he moves to England. We have Brown, Campbell, McCrorie and Mcgeouch for that role and the likes of Barron and Gallagher coming through. If we are taking in another midfielder they need to be an attacking one along the Lines of what Christie was Link to comment

fine-n-dandy
Could see Cormacks teeth all the way from Norway last night. Actually thought it was the Northern Lights at fist. 1 Link to comment
Tommy
He’s down in London. Not fussed which of the clubs there he’s talking to, as long as it’s not just a holiday he’s having. Link to comment

Guest
If McInnes went West Brom you'd imagine he'd be sniffing about Ferguson. Link to comment
Ten Caat
West Brom won't be sniffing around McInnes so it's a moot point Link to comment

Possibly also Hedges & McCrorie as well. or at least one of the three. Lewis another potential depending on where they need players (on cheap) Link to comment

Any club, regardless of McInnes links to WBA,(incidentally now decades ago) who have aspirations of being in the EPL won’t be appointing Derek McInnes. Link to comment

He has had a long apprenticeship so here's hoping. I, personally, am looking forward to see his influence in the team Link to comment

frankie_mac's_4
I wonder if Jenks signing on loan has any bearing on Ferguson leaving? This loan seemed to appear out of the blue and pretty rapid Link to comment

Rumours we were trying to include a buy out clause post loan but Brighton were not interested in that. Link to comment

Everywhere I've checked has him third favourite at 6/1 behind Michael Appleton at around evens and Alex Neil at 4/1. And a few have him equal 3rd place with Chris Wilder who was at about 1/8 a fortnight ago. Bookies are just throwing his name in due to his past links with the club. They know fine well he's not getting appointed there any time soon and that any mugs putting cash on him will be pure profit for them. Lampard at around 10-12/1 is probably the best value if you don't think Appleton will be appointed Link to comment
