RED_JOHN
Christian Ramirez will be the goal king of Scotland this season. His strikes are going to win us this league. 1 Link to comment

WesthillWanderersFC
Love the fact both his goals have been in the 6 yard box, we’ve missed a poacher. Rooneyesque, but works harder & better at holding the ball up. Link to comment
Tord31
It's so important for a striker to get off and running before it becomes a thing. Ace he's on 2 out of 3 now. Fingers crossed JET can join him before too long, and before him not scoring becomes a thing. Simple goals but delighted with Ramirez so far. Link to comment
Parklife
He really keeps defenders on their toes with his constant running in behind. Really like the look of him so far. Link to comment

Jet will be a frustrating player, 1 goal in 5 and possibly 1 good game in 5 based on his last 2 performances. Link to comment
Zeus
He's a fucking hero and future hun slayer. CR9 ?? Link to comment
torry_battery_ram
Thought some of his positional play could have been better today but I'm nitpicking. 2 goals in 3 games is a decent start as he will take time to adapt to the Scottish game. Link to comment
Clydeside_Sheep
Who was the last Dons striker to make such an immediate, encouraging start? Surely it couldn't be Duncan Shearer, with 2 debut goals v hibs in '92? Could it? I just remember a long line of strikers who couldn't kick their own arse, but I must have forgotten someone (?). Cosgrove turned out well - but he was a slow burn who took time to get going. Link to comment
Bournemouth Gee
To be mentioned together with Shearer already shows his impact on the team. Duncan Shearer what a legend. Link to comment

Thanks guys, glad I did forget someone - would have been shocking to have to go back so far otherwise! Link to comment
Tord31
It's very encouraging so far though. He looks good for 20 goals hopefully. Link to comment
dazzy_deff
Simon Church hit the ground running - winner against Celtic on his debut iirc. Link to comment

Andy_123
We look like we'll be creating plenty chances for him this season. If he can stay near Rooney's goals to games ratio, he'll be a big success. Link to comment
DelMonte
Hopefully he can actually play football unlike Rooney. Link to comment
DelMonte
Just now, Studebaker-90 said: Why would you care if he was banging in goals? If he can do both it helps the team score more goals as well as him. Rooney in his last few years could hardly control the ball and that’s why he’s ended up where he has. Link to comment

I remember being over the moon we'd signed him after that match. One of the finishes in particular was really good. The feeling didn't last very long Link to comment

Makes it all the stranger that he ended up being so bad. Link to comment
