Aberdeen podcast, Dons opinions wanted!

Recommended Posts

Hello!! I hope you're all doing well,

Myself and a couple of mates have been in the planning stages of a new football podcast for nearly a year now, the chosen club for our third episode was your beloved club!

We have released both parts now, which take you from the club's formation, then through the outrageous trophy laden Ferguson era, and finally into more modern times right up to today. It would be amazing to get some honest feedback from you guys on what we have created! Obviously it is a learning curve and the first few episodes will be a little rough around the edges. We’ve done a couple now and I think the Aberdeen episodes are already an improvement as you learn with each one you do and get more confident!

I just hope we have done your fantastic club justice!

You can listen wherever you usually find your podcasts: Spotify, Apple, Anchor etc, or find the link below (please feel free to remove that part if links are not allowed!) https://linktr.ee/The_Journeymen

Cheers

I appreciate the effort put into this but who is your target audience?

It seems aimed more at those who know nothing about Aberdeen rather than supporters of the club?

Thanks for having a listen! For sure the idea is to bring the story of the chosen clubs to our wider audience, but to build interest and intrigue it is great to try and get the club's fans involved. For example we've had a few Blackpool fans from our first episode stick with us onto the following ones, plus we even had a few of them say that we spoke about things they had forgotten, or little stories they hadn't heard before about their own club.

But of course in these early days we are grateful for any feedback ?
