Recommended Posts

Get this idea to fuck.

They fucked it up in England, can only imagine how bad it would be in Scotland. It will take away the enjoyment of pretty much every goal. Bad enough having to check for a fucking offside flag as it is, imagine these checks going on when you're at the match and you can't see and don't know what the hell is being looked at. Absolute bollocks taking away the essence of the game.

Do any grounds outside Ibrox and Parkhead even have screens so they could at least play footage to show fans?

I’ve always maintained VAR would be a disaster in Scottish football as it will give the refs a second chance to come to the wrong decision. Can you really see the likes of Bobby Madhun not giving a penalty after being asked to check the monitor while 50,000 Huns are baying for blood. “Aye, it was outside the box. Aye it was a blatant dive”. Decision- penalty to The Rangers.

Exactly.

Cost me a few hundred quid tonight with 3 disallowed goals after being given.

Who wants to wait 2 minutes after each goal to see if it's given.

The principles of VAR should make the game better if they are applied correctly.

There is naturally a lot of doubt that the institution can implement a fair balanced system though
