Scottish Football Authorities scrap mandatory Covid-19 red zones

For any ST in the Main Stand sections C & D it looks like the Scottish Football Association and SPFL have deemed that the red zones can be abolished with immediate effect.

A statement from the Joint Response Group, released on Tuesday, said: "Now that vaccination rates have increased considerably in the age cohort of professional footballers, with mandatory distancing removed from indoor and outdoor events by Scottish Government, and with many clubs keen to remove red zones to facilitate the attendance of more home and away supporters, the JRG considers the subject of physical distancing to be an area for clubs to determine through their own risk assessment.

That hasn't applied to us since the Ross County game.

The above statement is purely to tell the 2 cheeks to start letting in away fans.

In what way? My season ticket worked fine, not been sent an alternative seat ticket since the Ross County game.

My ST seat hasn’t been sat in since hibs 2020 last game before pandemic. Looking forward to it being used again.

Same, my seat is inside the area cordoned off with yellow barriers. Been moved about from South Stand to Richard Donald upper

You're on the money with this though. Not long after hearts and utd challenged this, there's a convenient rule change.
