Polish scrambled eggs made with the use of a microwave.

Alternatively, boiled or beaten raw in a mug, like I had earlier on today.

Always start my meatless fridays with 2 x rolls with potato scone and fried egg.

The ideal is to have the yolks soft, but not too runny.  Its fine line to walk.
