Rules have changed on it. There was a similar incident in a hun Europa league game.  Because Allen is already winding up to kick, and Yaromolenko steps across his path, it's technically a foul by him. I don't agree with the rule like because he's taken the ball of him and been kicked. But, that's why it's not been given, a rule change.
